All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 Australia Wide. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Should your parcel be returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, we kindly ask that you cover the cost for re-delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately during checkout, as we rely on the information provided and are unable to verify addresses once orders are dispatched.
For international shipping, we extend our services worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
We pride ourselves on our global network of warehouses and suppliers strategically located around the world. This allows us to fulfill orders and deliver products to our customers in a timely manner. Depending on the specific product ordered, it may be shipped from one of these various locations.ย Regardless of the origin, we ensure that all shipments are handled with the utmost care, ensuring your satisfaction every step of the way.
We strive to dispatch orders from our warehouses within 1-3 working days. Estimated domestic delivery times vary depending on location:
Metropolitan VIC, NSW, QLD, SA: Generally 5-12 working days from dispatch.
WA, TA, NT, and rural areas: Please allow up to 14-16 days, though deliveries typically arrive within 7-12 days from dispatch.
United States: Orders usually reach customers within 7-14 days from shipping, complete with a tracking number.
For other international destinations: Please allow 10-21 days for delivery, depending on your location.
All packages come with tracking. Upon shipping, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.ย
We used a number of different courier services depending on where you are located and where the parcel is shipping from. These include - Australia Post, DHL, TNT, Fedex, Toll.
Occasionally when an order is shipped but the courier does not service your area it will be passed onto Australia Post for final delivery, in this case you will receive an updated tracking number which you can add to your Australia Post app. The number will most likely begin with 33G7. We recommended installing the app and adding your tracking number in so you get kept up to date. If you are already signed up for the Australia Post app with the same phone number and email you used for your order it may appear automatically, but we find this is not 100% reliable and its best to add it in manually yourself.
