All Australian orders are sent with Australia Post. Shipping charges are automatically determined based on the weight of the items in your cart. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 Australia Wide. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. If you opt for express service, simply select Express Post during checkout, and the rate will be automatically calculated. Should your parcel be returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, we kindly ask that you cover the cost for re-delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered accurately during checkout, as we rely on the information provided and are unable to verify addresses once orders are dispatched.

For international shipping, we extend our services worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Notably, shipping costs to the United States and New Zealand are capped at $24.95. All international orders are accompanied by tracking information for your peace of mind.

We strive to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. Estimated domestic delivery times vary depending on location:

Metropolitan VIC, NSW, QLD, SA: Generally 3-7 working days from dispatch.

WA, TA, NT, and rural areas: Please allow up to 14 days, though deliveries typically arrive within 7-10 days from dispatch.
